Well this is the final upload so as not to bore anyone but....

back stage at the Paul Milana catwalk show. Hand made dresses, all the ostrich feathers sewn in by hand. Absolutely the most beautifully crafted creation. I was so stunned by then that we set up a light in a fire escape route and fired off a few shots of the dresses after the show. All the films are not developed yet but this is a shining favourite so far.

Shot on Mamiya 645 - Kodak C41 black and white film 400 iso. 45 mm lens. One 200w bowens with brolly and a really gnarly corridor.... for once it all worked :-)

argh, if you stare it too long, like I just have, you get the illusion of the brick walls moving towards you, which is also supported by her pose. It's as if she is trying to feel that movement by touching the walls. I love it.

This is the BEST. I love the dress. When I saw the thumbnail I wanted to shout, 'Has she stolen one of my kimonos?'
But she hasn't, this is much better. Wow. The materials look like heaven, and the photo, Doug in his glory.
